Happy new year everyone!
We’ve just started back at work after a break for Christmas and New Years – on one hand it’s strange not having longer than a week (then two days this week for the new year), but on the other, given the weather is so rubbish (I’m not complaining – it’s not fair to complain about English weather in winter), it’s nice getting back to work and knowing our annual leave is awaiting something better for the summer time.
We did of course, have a wonderful week across the Irish Sea in Dublin for Christmas. We started by catching the world’s slowest bus across the country to Bristol (where we flew from – it’s very cheap to fly from Bristol to Dublin), in the midst of a good old fashioned English storm.
